I've built my career around a simple instinct: recognizing an emerging trend and creating something original around it.
In 2005, I launched The Groove Radio, an early mixtape podcast. In 2015, I created Cookery by the Book, bringing cookbook authors and their stories into the podcast world. In 2021, I launched Decorating by the Book, expanding into interior design publishing.
Today, my work continues with Dinner Party on a GLP-1, a podcast exploring long-term weight maintenance, fitness, aging, and life beyond weight loss, alongside my original GLP-1 AI Method.
What connects these projects isn't one subject. It's my ability to recognize an opportunity, develop an original concept, and bring it to life.
